Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we implement the following policy regarding the processing, storage and protection of your personal data.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

• Establishing and maintaining a business relationship
• Fulfilling our legal obligations
• Conducting occupational health and safety activities

• Customer relationship management and improving service quality
• Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, our business partners and service providers within the scope of our legal obligations. These transfers will be carried out limited to the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Protection of Personal Data

Rights of the Personal Data Owner In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as a personal data owner, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request notification of the correction, deletion or destruction processes mentioned above to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To demand compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
